This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the activities of Mastery Academy, accessible via mastery-academy.com. It applies to actions conducted on the website and does  extend to offline activities or those unrelated to the website. Mastery Academy collects anonymous data, such as browser type and visit duration, to improve website performance. This information does not personally identify users and is analyzed in aggregate.

Users may be asked to provide personally identifiable information (PII), including their name, address, phone number, and email address, during activities such as feedback submissions, service registrations, or course purchases. Providing PII is optional.

1.1 Use & Disclosure of Information

Except as otherwise specified, we do not sell, trade, or rent your PII to third parties. We may disclose your delivery information to third parties for order tracking or payment processing (e.g., checks or money orders), as appropriate, and to fulfill your order. All credit/debit card details and PII will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third party.

2.0 Delivery Policy

Upon completing a purchase or registration, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. If not received in the inbox, users should check their spam folder. Further delivery confirmations and instructions will be sent via email, SMS, or phone call within one week.

3.0Refund Policy for Offline Courses/Programs

Anon-refundable down payment is required to reserve seats in Mastery Academy courses. In the event of withdrawal, the full course price will apply.

  • - The seat reservation fee is non-refundable. If you withdraw, an     additional 20% of the original fees will be charged as a forfeit.
  • - The remaining balance is payable through installments.
  • - Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or credit card.

    - Fees cover teaching, study materials, handouts, lectures, and certificates.

    - The group discount rate applies to groups of three or more. If     a group member withdraws, the special rate will be forfeited, and     remaining members will be charged standard fees.

4.0 Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be made at least 45 days before the program start date. In this case, the down payment will be retained as a balance for future program enrollment, valid for a maximum of six months depending on the program. This balance policy does not apply in all cases. For cancellations made less than 45days before the program start date, the down payment is non-refundable.

5.0 Corrections & Updates

Mastery Academy may periodically update this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions to reflect legal and regulatory changes. Users are encouraged to review these sections regularly.
